Namah Shivaya Yoga training is a Yoga Alliance Registered  200 and 500 Hour Yoga Training program

The programs draw from the core principles of the ancient teachings of Yoga in India. The practice of Yoga plants the seed of personal growth , bringing  the mind, body and spirit in harmony.

We encourage our students to develop their own teaching style, finding inner freedom and expression of their true inner selves.  To realize their practice by spreading peace, self-acceptance and awareness.

Our practice encompasses Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga ,Vinyasa , Kundalini  and Kriya Yoga. Our practices of asana and pranayama incorporate the core principles of the Hatha Yoga Pradapika, the ancient text for yoga. The Yoga training programs are designed to transform the physical, mental and spiritual practice of our students.
