The Namah Shivaya  200 Hour /500 Hour  Yoga Programs are held at the Namah Shivaya Yoga Studio conveniently located at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Skillman ( Medallion Shopping Center- Target is the anchor Store)

Directions from the North : Take Highway 75  South

Exit  Northwest Highway.
At the end of the ramp take a left onto Northwest Highway- East
Drive 1.5 miles, and take a right into Medallion Center ( Target is the anchor store)
Yoga studio is located behind the Target.

From the East

Take I-30 West and Merge with Highway 75 North
Exit  Northwest Highway
At the end of the ramp take a right onto Northwest Highway – East
Drive 1.5 miles, and take a right into Medallion Center ( Target is the anchor store)
Yoga studio is located behind the Target.
